Eddie embarked on his journey in commercial real estate in 1996, initially cutting his teeth as a leasing agent and property manager. Over the years, he has honed his expertise, now specializing in retail and investment brokerage.

Blanton’s dedication to excellence was recognized early on when he earned the prestigious CCIM designation in 2001. Since then, he has been an active participant in the CCIM community, serving in various leadership roles:

• Attainment of CCIM Designation (2001)

• Presidency of the CCIM North Carolina Chapter (2010)

• Director on the CCIM Institute Board of Directors (2013 – Present)

• Global Presidency of The CCIM Institute (2020)

Hope Piggee, CPA

Hope brings over two decades of extensive accounting expertise to her role as a licensed North Carolina CPA. She holds a Master of Accountancy as well as a BS of Accounting, both earned from Kansas State University, solidifying her foundation in financial management. In addition to her accounting qualifications, Hope is also a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina.

Since 2010, Hope has also been an integral part of the Blanton Commercial Team, leveraging her dual expertise in accounting and real estate to provide invaluable insights and support. Her diverse skill set and unwavering commitment to excellence make her a trusted advisor, ensuring the financial success and growth of Blanton Commercial and its clients.
